If you simply want a line or 2 of text on your mugs, available in many different fonts that you can choose from, you can just checkout like normal on our site and make your selections from the product pages of either our Single Mugs, 4 Packs of Mugs, or our 25 Packs of Mugs. While most styles of mugs can be customized note that Hammered finishes and certain models are not able to be engraved.

Submit Artwork
For logo designs, we prefer .ai, .pdf, .eps, or a .jpg with decent resolution. The conversion of your artwork to a format that works for engraving requires a clear image that won't get too fuzzy for us. If you are unsure that your artwork is formatted correctly, don't hesitate to send it our way (paykocimports@gmail.com) and we are happy to make suggestions and figure out solutions with you.

Once payment has been received we get your batch of mugs underway. Generally, you can expect to receive your mugs in less than two weeks. The main factors that can effect delivery time are the complexity of the design, so less complex logos or text projects can be produced more quickly and cut down on delivery time. If you have specific delivery needs, just let us know and we will do whatever is necessary to help.
We ship LTL or UPS small package.
